Really good service made our stay lovely

We were greeted with warmth and kindness. The staff were very good, especially during breakfast when they asked if we wanted anything special from the menu. Every day felt unique with a good variety of options, and location-wise, we were just steps from main attractions like the Blue Mosque. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and we even received a complimentary upgrade! Each evening, we unwound knowing our comfort was prioritized with daily housekeeping and tea service available throughout the hotel.

The only downside was the slope leading to the hotel entrance, which could be a challenge after a long day of exploring. It slightly dampened our return to the hotel, especially with heavier bags in tow. If that's the only criticism I have, I'd say we were indeed fortunate with our experience overall.

Convenient location, 5 mins walk to city center. Nicely decorated and well-equipped room with comfortable bed and safe for safety measures. A very good stay for their service...

Room sizes could use expansion!!! Air conditioning didn't cool effectively!!! Basic room amenities were also lacking!!! Parking arrangements created confusion!!!

My 4 nights in Istanbul were very very good. The breakfast was enjoyable - plenty of dishes. The standard room was nicely decorated and well-equipped with a balcony which feels great, so that guests had essentials. The location was central, strategic to the main monuments in sultanahmet. There was restaurant Kaylan Cafe, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel. The vibe here was quiet.

During my four-night stay, I enjoyed the fantastic cleanliness of my room and appreciated the comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The location made it super easy to explore major tourist attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, all just a pleasant stroll away. I also found some great dining options nearby, particularly enjoyed a meal at a local restaurant called Mivan.
